My name is Melissa Bilbruck and I am the founder of Torch & Soul.
I was severely abused as a child. I became a mother at 15 and lost her father a year and a half later. I lost a child. I survived two narcissistic relationships. I lost a spouse to suicide. I walked away from a 25-year business, my family, and everything I knew — and moved to a brand new state completely alone to start over.
Every single time life tried to break me — something in me woke up instead.
I built Torch & Soul because I needed a map through all of that and it didn’t exist. So I created it — for everyone who is going through the fire and needs someone who has actually been there to show them they can rise from it.
